Dr. Baylee Blackburn and Dr. Jacob Barton met during their first year of dental school at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, and each quickly developed an admiration for the other’s abilities. It seemed natural to join talents to form a unique and comprehensive dental practice. Barton Esthetic and Family Dentistry opened in 2022 to serve the community with a vast lineup of dental services.
Barton Esthetic and Family Dentistry offers a complete suite of dental services. Dr. Blackburn and Dr. Barton work in synergy to provide everything necessary for a beautiful smile. Oral health is the top priority!
A Message from Dr. Baylee Blackburn…
“I had frequent cavities in my youth, and at one point, I got very sick from a tooth infection. I spent a lot of time at my dentist’s office, and I found him to be cold and not very personable. I learned at a young age how important oral health is for your overall health. My dream is to bring comprehensive and comfortable care to anyone who may need it.” –Dr. Baylee Blackburn.

“While growing up in Southeast Kentucky, the community had a very low dentist-to-patient ratio. Residents had a difficult time finding dental care. A local dentist became a mentor to me, and he showed me how wonderful it is to take care of others. After graduating from college, I knew I had to come back to help the community I love.” –Dr. Jacob Barton.
